We accept Paypal and most major credit and debit cards, you simply select your preferred payment option during checkout.

All purchases made through our website and applications is safe and secure. 

Shipping

Shipping is FREE worldwide and we will generally deliver your order via Royal Mail special delivery between 8am and 8pm including weekends. Orders must be signed for at the delivery address. It is important to note that fees outside of the European Union may apply. 

Delivery can take up to 5 working days.

We will keep you informed about the progress of your order by Email.

What if my item is faulty or damaged when I receive it?

Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Please inform us immediately via CONTACT US with brief details of the problem and include a picture or two of the defect. we will contact you to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Can I return an item I'm unhappy with?

Yes, In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with one of our products, we will be happy to exchange your item or offer a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in perfect unused condition with labels and protectors intact.

Do I need to tell you when I'm returning something?

Yes, you must inform us via CONTACT US of your intent to return giving brief details of why you wish to return and whether you wish to receive a refund or an exchange item. We will contact you within 24 hours with information on returns procedure.

Do I need to pay the postage costs to return the item?

Yes, you will need to pay the return postage costs. We also advise that you make sure you have sufficient postal insurance, just in case your parcel goes missing on the way back to us.

Do you have a collection service?

Unfortunately, we're not currently able to collect returns - you will need to post your item back to us.

Will I have to pay postage again for my exchange to be sent?

No, we'll cover this cost - we won't charge you any additional postage for sending an exchange. We'll send your exchange using special delivery.

How long will it take for you to process my exchange?

We aim to dispatch your replacements within 48 hours of receiving your return.

How long will my refund take?

We aim to make refunds within 14 days of receiving your return, providing the item has been sent in as new undamaged condition.

Are your watches water resistant?
Yes, our watches are water resistant up to 5ATM. However, to avoid damaging your leather strap we suggest you take your watch off before swimming, bathing or showering.

How do I keep my watch in good condition?

We recommend that you clean your Grantby watch with a soft cloth lightly dampened with clean water and then buff with a soft dry cloth. Storing your Grantby watch in it’s box when not in use
